Cubs Officially Promote Cade Horton, Option Tom Cosgrove, Move Eli Morgan to 60-Day IL

The Cubs have officially added Cade Horton, their top pitching prospect, to the big league roster. That meant needing to open up spots on the 40-man and active rosters, which they did by moving righty reliever Eli Morgan to the 60-Day IL and optioning lefty Tom Cosgrove to Triple-A Iowa.
