Watch: Christopher Morel Blasts Game-winning Walk-off Bomb!

The Cubs had no offense for the vast majority of tonight’s contest, with their first run coming on an unlikely home run by Nick Madrigal. It felt a lot like Tuesday’s loss as the Cubs headed into the bottom of the 9th inning.

Cody Bellinger opened the inning with a line drive double off the center field wall. Dansby Swanson followed with a walk off White Sox closer, Gregory Santos. And then, with no outs and two strikes, Christopher Morel hit an absolute laser into the right-center field basket. And the Cubs win in dramatic fashion.
